Join us at Outlaw’s at The Capital as Nathan Outlaw hosts a special dinner to showcase a selection of recipes from his new cookbook, Home Kitchen. Nathan has put together a menu of six favourite dishes and all guests will receive a signed copy of the book.

Home Kitchen, Nathan’s fourth cookbook, is the first to cover meat, poultry, vegetables and desserts, as well as the fish he is renowned for. Nathan says he aimed to create a collection of recipes, which could genuinely be used everyday by those with all levels of culinary skill: “I wanted it to include all my favourite recipes that I cook at home – the ones my family and friends love”.
