Head Chef, Tom Brown, and Sharp’s Brewery's Beer Sommelier, Ed Hughes, have created a special menu for beer novices and connoisseurs alike; a unique experience where beer meets Michelin-starred seafood
. The evening includes a welcome drink and canapé followed by a 5 course menu with paired beers, including the UK’s number one cask and bottled ale, Doom Bar. Tickets are £60 per person and places can be booked by calling 020 7591 1202.
The evening will be hosted by Tom and Ed, who will be introducing each dish and complementing beer. Dishes will include Beer Cured Salmon paired with Chalky’s Bite and Cod and Ox Cheek Stew paired with Doom Bar.
