and Mat Prowse will take over the kitchen for one night only to create an exclusive four-course meal
paired with wines. Expect a phenomenal feast of recipes from their new Seahorse cookbook dishes inspired by their travels in the Mediterranean that also feature on the Seahorse restaurant’s menu. Priced at £180 per person, the evening will include an aperitif and canapés, 4 courses and an exclusive Q&A session hosted by Nathan Outlaw.
