A whisky experience for the more discerning whisky connoisseur this 'Fine and Rare' whisky experience includes the unique sampling of three Scotch single malt whiskies.
Personally handpicked by Cesar Da Silva, the bar’s dedicated whisky sommelier and youngest ever UK Keeper of the Quaich, the drams on offer have been specially selected for being truly rare and collectable single malts; from the long-gone Ardberg Supernova Committee Release, Ben Nevins 43 year old, and Strathilsa 1965. Each whisky is expertly matched with perfectly complimented British cheeses.
After discussion into the unique history of each whisky and why they have been selected, Cesar will allow you to enjoy the flavours at your own leisure.
