The "Frommelier" Package

the perfect gourmet incentive for business meetings.

A selected seasonal cheese platter (a mix of cow, goat and sheep’s milk cheeses) will be served at the end of the business lunch accompanied by a matching glass of wine. Our Restaurant Manager at The Capital Restaurant will host a Cheese Master Class.

The package is priced £110.00 per person, for a minimum of six guests, and includes:

• Room hire from 9.00pm until 5.00pm
• Service and VAT
• Coffee on arrival
• Mid-morning tea and coffee served with freshly baked biscuits
• Set 2-course lunch or working lunch, with cheese master class at the end and a matching glass of wine
• Afternoon tea and coffee served with freshly baked biscuits or cake
• Still and sparkling water throughout the day
• LCD Projector and screen
• Flip chart
• Notepad, pencils and mints.

24 hour gourmet package delegates are offered a special rate of £225.00 for an executive room excluding breakfast, VAT at 20%.
