The Capital Bar offers the finest selection of cocktails from champagne to vodka, cognac and whiskey.  A degustation menu of cocktails for two is a popular choice.

Cesar has the accolade of being the youngest ever UK Keeper of the Quaich.  This is a Society at the heart of the Scotch Whisky industry. It was founded with the purpose of promoting the heritage and quality of Scotch Whisky on an international level through its members in 83 countries.

Delicious light meals are also available from 12.00noon until 11.00pm and a traditional Afternoon Tea is available from 2.30pm.
