Cesar's passion in life lies with concocting the perfect blend for others to enjoy and he will share his knowledge with you. "It is important to ensure that your guests feel special, so an enticing selection of cocktails in contrasting colors is perfect. Serving canapés is a must - make sure to create something warm and lightly salted to complement your cocktails".

Cesar will lead you through the world of cocktails making you mix and try five of the most famous classics from martinis to mojitos, bellinis to cosmos. Cesar has been with the Capital for over 10 years and won several cocktail competitions along the way. During the evening he will lead you through a maze of ingredients and spirits passing on some of his vast knowledge around the art of mixing drinks. So be amazed about how a good cocktail really tastes.

The Cocktail Masterclass is priced at £65 per person. Canapés are available at extra charge.

This exciting and unique day is hosted by Great Britain's best known Gemmologist Eric Emms who will guide you through the complexities of the gem world, what to look for and how to appreciate nature's marvels, followed by lunch at The Capital Hotel, Knightsbridge, then in the afternoon BBC Antique Roadshow jewellery specialist Joanna Hardy will take you on a journey through the Art Deco period and Famous Jewellery Collections finishing with Champagne and Canapés. £390 per person.
