A Michelin Star Restaurant

The Michelin starred restaurant Outlaw’s at The Capital boasts an ever changing array of unique dishes created using British seafood caught predominantly around the coast of Cornwall.

Masterminded by Nathan Outlaw and Head Chef Andrew Sawyer, who source the freshest and best seafood from fishermen they know, who prioritise sustainability and traceability, ensuring we are cooking with the finest ingredients possible, and can trace who caught our fish right down to skipper and crew. Ingredients take centre stage and our menus showcase an array of original and creative seafood dishes reflecting the season and the daily catch.

Nathan who holds 2 Michelin stars at his eponymous restaurant in the village of Port Isaac, Cornwall spends time each week at the restaurant with the team.

Groups of 8-24 are welcome in our Private Rooms on the 1st floor of the hotel. On-site car parking is available by prior arrangement.

Special Dinner, Bed and Breakfast Rates are available throughout the year, combine your visit with a stay at one of the first boutique hotels in London. Gift vouchers are also available.

Throughout the year masterclasses and exclusive evenings with Nathan Outlaw and guest chefs are held.

Next door The Capital's sister hotel, The Levin, has an informal restaurant in Knightsbridge serving an all day menu Tuesday - Saturday.
