Masterminded by Nathan Outlaw and Head Chef Andrew Sawyer, Outlaw's at the Capital sources the freshest and best seafood from fishermen we know prioritise sustainability and traceability, ensuring we are cooking with the finest ingredients possible, and can trace who caught our fish right down to skipper and crew. Ingredients take centre stage at our London seafood restaurant and our menus showcase an array of original and creative seafood dishes reflecting the season and the daily catch.
Nathan, who holds 2 Michelin stars at his eponymous restaurant in the village of Port Isaac, Cornwall spends time each week at the restaurant with the team.
