Outlaw’s at The Capital boasts an ever changing array of unique dishes created using British seafood caught predominantly around the coast of Cornwall.

Masterminded by Nathan Outlaw and Head Chef Andrew Sawyer, Outlaw's at the Capital sources the freshest and best seafood from fishermen we know prioritise sustainability and traceability, ensuring we are cooking with the finest ingredients possible, and can trace who caught our fish right down to skipper and crew. Ingredients take centre stage at our London seafood restaurant and our menus showcase an array of original and creative seafood dishes reflecting the season and the daily catch.

Nathan, who holds 2 Michelin stars at his eponymous restaurant in the village of Port Isaac, Cornwall spends time each week at the restaurant with the team.

Groups of 8-24 are welcome in our Private Dining Rooms London on the 1st floor of the hotel. On-site car parking is available by prior arrangement.

Menus at Outlaw's change frequently to showcase the freshest and best seasonal produce. Caught by fishermen we know primarily in Cornwall and the West Country; fish is always the star ingredient.
