Our fish is primarily sourced from Cornwall and the West Country by Wild Harbour. Wild Harbour prioritise sustainability and traceability, as well as ensuring we are cooking with the finest ingredients possible this means we can trace who caught our fish right down to skipper and crew.
Flatfish season is now underway and we have some delicious dishes in store for our guests. Think Lemon Sole with seasonal Wild Garlic Hollandaise, Turbot and Plaice. While Brill with Outlaw's signature Porthilly Sauce is always a treat.
